Projected Managed by our team at Cedar Lane, these condo style townhomes are built to accommodate families, downsizers and retirees. Options for 2 bedrooms on the second level allow families the opportunity of homeownership within Dover; while the loft option (shown in the model) is perfect for downsizers or retirees as the Master Suite is on the main level. The loft is perfect for an office area or separate media room, while still accommodating an extra bedroom for family and friends who are down to visit or checking out the wineries, breweries and amazing farm-to-table restaurants Port Dover has to offer!
UNIT 1 - MODEL HOME
With the exception of some deep blue and soft greens — pulled directly from Port Dover's surrounding landscape — we kept the colour scheme fairly neutral. The space is warmed up with the rich hardwood floors, the heavy teak coffee table, and plenty of cozy throws and pillows scattered about.
UNIT 16 - MODEL HOME
A soft natural palette — we aimed to brighten up this interior unit townhome. Dividing the area up into specific areas and creating a flow. The space features a tri-colour kitchen, that we wanted to keep neutral; without being white.
CL CONSTRUCTION WORK AT COAST ROAD
Although we project manage every aspect of the builds for Coast Road, our very our Cedar Lane Construction team completes certain aspects themselves. For the most part, our team does all the flooring, tile work, trim and custom projects on site.
