RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note that proof of purchase is required for any refund, exchange or store credit.
Regular priced items purchased can be returned or exchanged within 7 days. Refunds will be provided in the original method of payment and original payment card(s). Sale items can be exchanged or given store credit within 7 days of purchase. Store credit will be applied to a Cedar Lane Designs Ltd. gift card. Clearance & As-Is items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. All clearance and marked as-is items are final sale. Items accompanied by a gift receipt can be exchanged in-store for store credit within 30 days of purchase.
CUSTOM & SPECIAL ORDERS
Custom or special orders require a 50% deposit that is non-refundable at time of placing order. Custom or special orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. All custom or special orders are final sale.
